Refund Policy

Digital courses — all sales final
Our self-paced and group-coaching digital courses are delivered instantly on purchase. Because the content is made available immediately and cannot be returned, all sales of digital course products are final. By completing checkout you expressly consent to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you waive any statutory right to cancel for change of mind once access has been granted.
VIP and 1:1 coaching
For VIP and 1:1 coaching tiers, any 1:1 coaching sessions not yet delivered are refundable on a pro-rata basis if you cancel before they take place. The course-content portion of the package remains non-refundable once access has been granted. Sessions already attended are non-refundable.
Duplicate or accidental purchases
If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, or purchased the wrong product, email us at info@bconfident.community within 7 days of purchase and we will refund or swap, provided the duplicate/wrong product has not been substantially accessed.
Faulty or undelivered products
If you have paid but cannot access the course you purchased, email info@bconfident.community with your order ID. We will resolve access immediately or issue a full refund if access cannot be provided.
How to contact us
Email info@bconfident.community with your order ID and reason. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Statutory rights
This policy does not affect any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under UK or EU consumer law. See our Terms of Service for the full agreement.
