1. Who we are

These terms govern your use of the websites, courses and services operated by TanyaJ Samuel Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17109499 ("we", "us", "our"). You can reach us at info@bconfident.community.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, purchasing a course, or using our websites you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. What we provide

Digital courses, downloadable resources, group coaching calls and (for VIP tiers) 1:1 coaching with Tanya J. Samuel, delivered online via your account dashboard.

4. Account & eligibility

You must be 18+ and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the service unlawfully or fraudulently; (b) share, resell, redistribute or sublicense course content; (c) infringe our or any third party's intellectual property; (d) attempt to interfere with the security of the service (scraping, malware, probing); (e) record or screenshot live coaching calls without written consent.

6. Intellectual property & licence

All course content, materials, branding, methodologies (including The 7 Steps to Selling Strategy™) and software are owned by TanyaJ Samuel Ltd. On purchase you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the materials for your personal use only.

7. Payments, billing & taxes

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. TanyaJ Samuel Ltd is the seller of record. Prices are shown in GBP and are final at the price displayed — no VAT is added at checkout. You are responsible for any taxes that may apply in your own jurisdiction.

9. Service availability

We work hard to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. We may update, modify or improve the course content from time to time.

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination your licence ends; you may not retain copies of the materials.

11. Disclaimers

Our courses provide education and training. Results vary and depend on your effort, market and circumstances. We do not guarantee any specific revenue, sales or business outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special losses (including lost profits, data or goodwill).

13. Your content

If you submit content (e.g. questions, posts in community channels), you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and use it solely to provide the service.

14. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes are posted means you accept them.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
